• Retail orders (up to 50 pieces): 2–3 days after payment is confirmed
• Bulk orders (51–200 pieces): 5–7 days after payment is confirmed
• 200+ pieces or custom logo/name (after advance and design approval): 7–10 days after payment is confirmed

Transit time after dispatch

• Pune: 1–2 days
• Rest of Maharashtra: 2–4 days
• Rest of India: 4–7 days

Charged by parcel weight (candle weight plus packing) and delivery PIN code, and shown at checkout before you place the order.

• Pune: ₹49 up to 0.5 kg · ₹49 up to 1 kg · ₹69 up to 2 kg · ₹99 up to 5 kg — free for orders of ₹799 or more
• Rest of Maharashtra: ₹70 up to 0.5 kg · ₹100 up to 1 kg · ₹150 up to 2 kg · ₹260 up to 5 kg
• Rest of India: ₹90 up to 0.5 kg · ₹130 up to 1 kg · ₹200 up to 2 kg · ₹350 up to 5 kg
• Parcels above 5 kg: shipping is quoted on WhatsApp at the courier’s actual rate.

Festival orders

During Diwali, order early: the site shows the last order date for delivery before Diwali for each zone. Bulk orders close 10 days before the dispatch date.

Packing

Candles are wax and can be damaged by heat or rough handling. We pack every order with protective wrapping. Please store candles away from direct sun and heat on arrival.
