What we collect

• Name, mobile number and (optionally) email address
• Delivery address and PIN code
• Order details, gift notes and replacement-ticket details
• Basic technical logs (IP address, browser) kept for security for up to 30 days

Why we use it

• To make, pack, ship and support your order, and to send you payment and delivery updates on WhatsApp or by phone
• To keep tax and accounting records required by law
• To prevent fraud and abuse of our website

Who we share it with

• Courier partners — only what they need to deliver
• Our order management system (ERPNext), hosted securely
• Authorities, only where the law requires it

What we don’t do

• We never sell your data.
• We do not store card or bank details — UPI payments happen in your own UPI app.
• Your address and phone number are not stored in your browser.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data (subject to legal record-keeping), or withdraw consent for future messages. Contact our grievance officer: [name to be added], [email to be added], or WhatsApp +91 98909 80515.

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for 8 years as required by GST law; enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after 12 months.
